- Ownership

Paysonet retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform,
including intellectual property.

Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license to access
the platform solely for its intended purposes.
- Warranty
- Paysonet is provided "as is" and "as available."

No warranties are made regarding the uninterrupted or error-free
operation of the platform.

Paysonet disclaims any liability for data loss, delays, or other
unforeseen events arising from the use of the platform.
- Unauthorized/Illegal Usage

Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or
unauthorized activities.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, legal
action, and forfeiture of funds.
- Payment & Refund

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and must be used
exclusively for platform services such as payments or
subscriptions.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases of technical errors
directly attributable to Paysonet, subject to review. (see Refund
Policy)

Disputes: Filing unfounded disputes or chargebacks may lead to
account termination.

Fraudulent Activities: Use of stolen or unauthorized payment
methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate
action.
- Free Balance / Coupon Policy

Free balance or coupons credited to user accounts cannot be
withdrawn or transferred.

They must be used solely for platform transactions within the
specified validity period.

Abuse of this policy may result in the forfeiture of free balances
and other penalties.
